Jessup

Starting out in 1956 by Paul Jessup making baseball glove welts in the family garage. But when skateboardings popularity began to rise, a worker for industrial manufacturer Jessup, named Bud Smith who's son got a Vision board and told him a lot of kids were getting into it. “Bud was the one who started really bridging the gap between manufacturing and the skateboard industry, attending the skateboarding trade shows and making connections.”
